The featherweights are absolutely perfect for an older woman who doesn't need to show so much leg that the women's cut offers. The fit, the length, the durability of these shorts is phenomenal. I had ordered the olive a year ago and fell in love, so this time around I ordered the orange. I now own 5 pairs of Molecule shorts, two of which are the featherweights and by far the best short for summer. I'm a size 4-6 US and an 8 UK and the small fit me perfectly.
