If you wish to exchange for a different size, or are not satisfied with your items, you have 30 days to return them to us.

All you have to do is follow these 5 steps:

1. Scan the QR code found on the accompanying delivery note. You can also follow this link: Create Return Label
   


2. Enter Order number + Postal code (must match as written on the order)


3. Select products for return + fill in the reason as well as action and shipping information.


4. Press "Finish & get return label". A new tab will then open with a return label which can be printed. Some freight forwarders offer printing when handing in the package to the parcel shop.


5. Place the goods in the package's original packaging, put the return label on the closed package, and hand in the package to your nearest parcel shop or post office.

When we receive the package in our warehouse, we carry out the requested action, and you either get your goods exchanged or get your money back.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to Molecule Clothing.

Handling Fee

A fee of 35 US Dollars will be deducted from the purchase amount. This fee covers the costs associated with importing the product back into the EU, including customs processing and handling fees.

Shipping Fee

A fee of 30 US Dollars will be deducted from the purchase amount. This fee covers the costs associated with shipping the product back into the EU. If you decide to choose your own shipping method. This will not be charged.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we
receive your return package. This timeframe allows us to inspect the item and
process the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different color, model, or size, you
must make a new purchase and pay the new shipping cost. This ensures accurate
inventory tracking and fulfillment of your new order. 


Important Advisory

Costly Returns

Returning parcels from outside the EU can incur significant costs due to the need to cover both export and re-import fees. These fees include taxes, duties, and additional handling charges, which can significantly reduce the amount refunded. As a result, the refund amount may be minimal after
these deductions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Rights

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to cancel or return your purchase, unless otherwise stated for special offers such as Christmas sales, which may have a longer return period.

Notification

To initiate a return, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending an email to support@molecule.dk or by using the standard cancellation form found in our
terms.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped from Molecule Clothing, it cannot be recalled by the shipping company. If the parcel is unclaimed, refused, or if customs/tax fees are not paid, it will be treated as a returned parcel and the relevant fees will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Cancellation

Returning Multiple Items

If you have purchased several items and wish to return only some of them, you may do so. You can also combine returns from multiple orders into a single package. A single fee of 35 US Dollars will be applied for re-importing the package into the EU.

Return Period

It is crucial to observe the 30-day return period for all items. Ensure that you include all relevant order numbers in your return shipment.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer must cover the return shipping costs and is liable for any damage that occurs during transportation.

Impairment Deductions

If the returned item has lost value due to improper use or mishandling, a portion of the purchase amount will be deducted from your refund. The deduction amount will reflect the reduced trade value of the item.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return.

Shipping Recommendations

We recommend using a shipping provider that offers a track and trace option to ensure we receiveyour parcel.

If you decide not to use our shipping label and send it with your own shipping provider, please add a note stating the following information:

Note: If returned by your own shipping provider, you will not be charged the shipping fee.
